And why do they know all the secrets of Vulcan and like.. all the history and culture and whatnot? Did some previous high council mind meld and dump the information in their brains? Or do they just have some portable storage device they keep in their pockets and no one else is allowed to have one?
And um... did Vulcan not have any colonies at all?
