Regarding your idea for a gay robot anthology, I thought the book of robot fiction we are preparing at Robot in the Woods was niche. Its always interesting to find a sub-niche. Personally, the most interesting thought around robots on the web deals with gender, sometimes sexuality (google emcsa), but most gender. If you'd be interested in cross-contributing material or if you would want to prepare a piece about robot-gender issues, I think it would be a fascinating read, especially if you include some of the themes mentioned above.
