Out of the books you've read in the last year, what's your favorite one?

I would say Gerrold's has more meat to it. Ideas and things to latch onto. And I remember it better, but it was something I read more recently. Whereas Tanya Huff's Smoke series is really fun and I'm more likely to reread that one first than Gerrold's.
And nonfiction takes a backseat, but I'll mention the three that stood out to me while scanning my list of past year's reads. Hooked by Les Edgerton, Innovation Nation by John Kao, and From Entrepreneur to Infopreneur by Stephanie Chandler.
