Tonight's Medium was particularly bad. Find out why behind the cut.

The first dream had the worst bit of stilted dialogue. 'Of course I remembered what today is. It's the anniversary. One year ago today your family was slaughtered.' Okay, not an exact quote, but pretty much what was said. Who the heck would say that to a person?

Then later, again in a dream, Allison is in a doctor's office and pulls off a wig to show her brain surgery scar to a doctor. A surgery she had at least a year before. And if the tumor was benign, as she says, then there was no reason for any chemo or radiation or any of that, so no reason I can see why her hair wouldn't have grown back to a reasonable length rather than be all patchy and thin and short.

Then, no longer in a dream, she's in the hospital. There's this huge growing brain tumor on her brain stem. But wasn't she just in the hospital an episode or two ago with an unexplained coma? Did they not run any brain scans then? I would've at least liked a mention of it. Instead it's like that episode never existed.

The reveal about the agent. Not a reveal.

And there's something wrong with what they're using Mexico for in this episode, but I don't think I know enough to address it competently.

And I suspect the medical explanation at the end doesn't make a lot of sense either.
