First priority is your own writing. You do not have to do a perfect crit every time. Some stories you'll get easily, some you won't. Find the time of day that you write best and guard that. Skip some of the social time, reduce it, walk away from it. Leave meals early.

But find that time of day when your brain is alert and guard that for your writing.

While it's wonderful to be with the others, this is really about your journey.
