There actually aren't all that many sf/f books I do tend to reread nowadays. I used to reread Pern, but I haven't touched that since college. I used to reread Narnia. I still do that occasionally but not with any regularity. I used to reread Prydain, but I haven't done that in a long time. I haven't even reread the HHGTTG series in 8 years!
Bujold, Eddings... the rest that spring to mind are definitely not sf/f.
I am planning a reread of the Dresden Files to start soon.
